Delivery Excellence – Portfolio Management Lead

Role Purpose

The Portfolio Management Lead is responsible for overseeing the planning, governance, and execution of the ERP COE project portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. This role drives delivery excellence by optimizing resource allocation, managing dependencies, and providing transparency to stakeholders through robust reporting and governance frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Portfolio Management Expertise: Strong understanding of portfolio governance frameworks (e.g., PMI, MoP); Experience managing large, complex portfolios in a global environment.
  • Tools & Technology: Proficiency in portfolio management tools (e.g., SAP PPM, ServiceNow, Planview).
  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills; Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
  • Experience: 8+ years in program/portfolio management roles; Proven track record in delivering strategic initiatives.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) or PMP certification (preferred); Agile/SAFe certification (preferred).
